Overview

Dr. Meltzer is board certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has been in practice since 1990. He started at Oregon Health Sciences University and went into private practice in October of 1996. Dr. Meltzer is an active member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He does a full range of cosmetic procedures.
